HP expects our partners and suppliers to maintain the highest standards of business ethics and comply with the laws and regulations of the United States and other countries in which HP conducts business, especially anti-corruption laws and global trade requirements.

Anti-corruption Laws and Regulations

Anti-corruption laws and regulations apply to all HP partners and suppliers. 

HP Legal and Regulatory Compliance Program requirements must be met by HP partners and suppliers at least once every three years. Your company will receive a notification from HP when there are mandatory requirements to be fulfilled and we ask that your company respond promptly.

Data Privacy and Protection

HP recognizes that privacy is fundamental human right and further recognizes the importance of privacy security and data protection to customers and partners worldwide. 

HP strives to provide protection across all operations that go beyond the legal requirements, and to deploy consistent rigorous policies and procedures.
HP Partners are an integral part of this commitment as outlined in the Partner Data Processing Addendum.
